Sellers Terms and Conditions

Equipment Sales strives to maintain a healthy and honest working
relationship with all of our sellers and customers. We insure our
customers that the item described and pictured is the item they
receive. Because our customers can't always personally inspect the item
prior to purchase, it is essential that a full and accurate
description be made by the seller. If you are not certain about the
operating condition of the item, it should be noted in your
description.
We make no guarantees on used equipment except a guarantee against DOA.
There are no returns or exchanges unless a customer receives an
item that has clearly been misrepresented either by photo or
description, we will do everything possible to make things right
with the customer. This may include repairing or replacing the item at
the expense of the seller (you).
Equipment sellers are expected to accurately complete the online
advertisers form and include a minimum of three photos of the item from
different angles. A full and accurate description should also be
made. Any operational or cosmetic deficiencies should be noted.
Interior photos showing condition and shelving, etc.
should also be made. Photos are best made with a digital camera .
They can also be photographed with a conventional camera and scanned
onto your hard drive. Any photos should be sent in jpg. or
gif. format. We also recommend that you take photos of the item after
crating for your protection in case of damage during shipment.
Photos can be emerald to us by accessing our contact
page and sending them as an attachment. Be sure to include your name and equipment
description or serial number with your email so that we can properly
match the photos with your advertisement.
If an item does not meet the expectations of a customer due to an
inaccurate description about its condition, S-N-G Equipment Sales
reserves the right to:
* Have the item evaluated by a local equipment dealer or technician at
the expense of the seller.
* Have the item brought up to the described condition by a local
equipment dealer or technician at the expense of the
seller.
* Return the item for a full refund including shipping both ways at the
sellers expense.
When your item has sold we will send you a check for the
sale price (less 20%). We reserve the right to sell the item for
more than your asking price if we feel that it is priced under market
value. S-N-G Equipment Sales is obligated to pay only the asking price
less (20%).
Crating and/or palletizing the equipment for shipping is the sole
responsibility of the seller. We can help you locate a crating
service in your area if you need one or we can do that for you if the
equipment is on our premises. After the item is sold, we will
email you a notification that you can be expecting your check. You
should then begin to make arrangements to have the item readied for
shipment after your check arrives. All items must be shipped
within 7 days of receiving payment. All shipping and
crating will be at the customers expense. We will contact a
freight broker on behalf of you and the customer for the cheapest
rate available. You can then confirm this quote prior to shipment. We
default our crating/palleting cost at $50.00 for palletizing,
stretch film wrap and banding or $100.00 for constructing a crate
around the item. If your requirements differ they should be noted
in your description.
By clicking "I Agree to Sellers Agreement" at the bottom of
the Equipment Advertising Form and submitting, you are agreeing to
the above terms and conditions of this agreement.
